About Us
We link your customer strategy to your P&L.
Your firm needs consulting expertise that it can purchase like a carton of milk. Fresh, high quality,
flat price, guaranteed, has an expiration date and really hits the spot.
Every project we do begins with linking the challenge or desired outcome to your P&L. Our work supports the offices of the CEO, President, COO and the leaders of sales and marketing. Our industry experience includes information technology, consumer electronics, software/SaaS, B2B services and more.
Our No-Hassle Guarantee
When it comes to professional services we believe clients should not bear the risk of unprofessional results. We bill flat rates on projects and interim positions so that our clients know what they’ll be spending in advance. We measure our periodic success during the project. We put up to 2/3rds of our compensation at risk, pending the client’s satisfaction with the outcome. Our work is guaranteed. If you’re not happy with the project deliverables which we agreed upon mutually at the start we’ll continue to work with you for no additional fee or expense consideration until you’re satisfied.
Our Clients and Practice Areas
Our clients typically are growth or mature companies and divisions with revenues between $10 million and $500 million. Our clients’ objective is often profit growth.
Our work mostly addresses the demand side of your business. However we are well aware of how marketing and sales decisions impact every function of your business. In projects where we focus on reducing business complexity we also touch on manufacturing, procurement, accounting and other areas.
