The blending of her clinical skills with her organizational development experience makes her a dynamic, effective consulting partner.

She provides collaborative strategic planning services for thirty-five Family Justice Centers across the country and around the globe including Canada, England, Bahrain and Jordan. Family Justice Centers are created by developing collaborations of on and off site partners (government, NGOs, institutions and service providers partners) to provide co-located services at a single site for victims of family violence and abuse.

Whether designing and implementing a comprehensive wrap-around service delivery center, or creating a community collaborative or working with an institution or organization; success is dependent upon uniting a multidisciplinary collaboration of many partners and stake holders, who, experience has shown, often have varying viewpoints, differing philosophies, and competing priorities.

Judi co-authored the recently published“The Big Girls Club: Little Girl Rules for the Big Girls Workplace”, a book that shows/guides (www.thebiggirlsclub.org). In addition Judi is a published author in the International Journal of Child Abuse and Neglect and co-authored the chapters on Strategic Planning for Hope for Hurting Families I and II (Gwinn and Strack).
